Not a fan of the prices but overall easy to complete in a short period of time. Processing fee for using your own federal refund is outrageous but then again this is a business.

I've used turbo tax for over ten years now. I used to pay a professional, but tried one year and got the same result as my tax professional. I love how Turbo Tax guides me through the process, being I'm not a tax professional. I've had to call their Customer Service on two different occasions and both times they were super kind and helpful. I recommend Turbo Tax as I've been a satisfied customer for over ten years.
