epic software fail

you suck there wasn't a place to enter my pin on original filing. could only enter it after return was rejected. I searched for a page to enter my pin and could not be found. I clicked on help but was not taken to a page to enter my pin resulting in needless delay in getting my return accepted by the IRS

Turbo tax works as designed

Software Okay. They are Always pushing upgrade to max after every section. Prices keep going up and now they added a processing fee to pull their payment from your federal return. LOTS OF HIDDEN COSTS

Quit trying to upsell us

Please stop trying to upsell me during the process - you asked SIX TIMES if I wanted to do Max or other increased services. Once I've said NO once or twice, that ought to be enough and you should stop asking and upselling.

Clunky, cant fix errors, imports didn't work

This process takes entirely too long. I had to double check every single form that TurboTax imported for errors.
Software was pretty terrible this year. 0/10. Would not recommend.

Not as good as it used to be

TurboTax Premium did not recognize my 2023 tax preparation tool, even though it was TurboTax that year too. As a result, TurboTax had me enter every field and didn't provide comparisons from the 2023 return. The check-out process was cumbersome and confusing. Price was inflated. And, the ability to pay from a checking account was removed. Next year I'll use the IRS tool
