Turbo online vs. desktop version

After using the desktop version for years I had to switch to the online version. Horrible experience. Much harder to find and enter and find entered data. No forms. Could not find AGI, called turbo, told could not identify until return filed. Actually found it by accident. Will actually buy a new laptop next year so that I can return to the desktop version.

Overall a great product

Overall I’m very happy with Turbo Tax over all the years I’ve used it. However this year the sale of your higher priced products interrupting my train of thought (interrupted several times) while preparing my taxes was extremely frustrating.
