Overall I am happy with filing with Turbo Tax. But I don't like the amount I have to pay. Other than social security earning I do not have a complicated return. I don't know why I can't file for free as a senior citizen.

TurboTax is very intuitive (pun intended) when it comes to self-filing. The only negative feedback I noticed during this experience would be the inability at certain spots to go back to a "homepage" to clearly understand where I am at in certain aspects of filing/navigation.

I have relied on TurboTax for many, many years. It leads me through the process painlessly, answers any question I may have, and completes the process electronically to speed the filing process. Used the last year/this year comparison this year to determine where the differences occurred, and how to adjust for next year.
