Very good

turbo tax was easy to use and helped me get the most from my return. The only problem was on the fast direct deposit option I could not use because the text field for the bank information would not work. I had to select a different deposit option.

Easy to use and file

Turbo Tax makes filing taxes so easy. It took no time at all. Each year the software improves making it quicker and easier for me to file. I'm so grateful for Turbo Tax to help me file and get my best return!

TurboTax wasted my time!

There are too many redundant questions. Some pages are empty and just ask to click "Next," which wastes time. I also can’t edit the 1099 form address after uploading it, even though the website read the information incorrectly.

Great Product

I've been using the online version for over 10 years and believe this is a outstanding product. I enjoy the ease of use from storing data from one year to the next, presenting the data in a straight forward method avoiding the need to view the tax forms, and importing data such as W-2s and Form 1099s. I find it very useful that I can access prior years returns quickly and efficiently and receive updates on the progress for filed returns. This product reduces the stress of completing my annual taxes.
