My taxes were rejected yet turbotax charged my card anyways. yet they state no money will be taken out unless your return is accepted..

User-Friendly, Saves Time, Progress, & Money!!

Taxes are so stressful. This past year, I started a job that had me traveling around the country. I tried doing my taxes with another software that was totally free, but it was so confusing and NOT user-friendly. Turbo Tax found more ways to reduce my taxes than the other software, so switching to TT more than paid for itself. And it was SO EASY to do all the various states!!
I also love that it saved my spot every time I logged out. I often get distracted, something comes up, or honestly I get overwhelmed... all which contributed to my taxes taking more than one session. It's all my fault. But it didn't hurt me, because TT automatically took me to the right spot each time I logged in. (Note for improvement: Change the button that says "Start My Taxes" to "Go To My Taxes." It always made me scared at first that my progress hadn't been saved.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

I love using Turbo Tax. I do with that when there is a problem, it was more helpful on how to fix it. Apparently, my state return isn't eligible for e-filing because there are withholding lines in more than one spot that show the same amount. When I click on "fix return," it doesn't show me where this is occuring, nor does it prompt me to fix anything. So I have to redo my Indiana returns by myself and mail them in.
