Annoying inability to change some items

TT is okay but quite awkard in going back through the items to find information needed on state tax (among other items). It was particularly irritating that once I selected the option to avoid a small penalty (in my case $5) for underpayment of estimated tax there was no way to undo this. I would happily have paid the $5 (or substantially more) to avoid the hassle of printing, writing a check, and going to the post office.

really bad at support. literally should just be clicking a link but no, the support stinks (assuming they just want you to hire a live agent)

Fees are bogus

I hate how much money is charged just because I sold stocks and lost money. Also seems like a bait and switch saying that its completely free to file with turbo tax and then charging for state filing. Also seems dirty to make me agree to share data just to have their fees taken out of my federal refund.

Good but pressure to only continue for other svcs

Turbo is good but the last part Saving and Printing is difficult to understand.There is also a need to easily get quick help by phone .For example, when i printed the return i got 4 copies $2409 Easy Pay Vouchers. Questions-Why did I get them? I thought I was paying for the taxes owed now since I gave my banking information. Where can I get this question answered?.

First time user. Found it difficult at first but even though it was lengthy I felt good about the details and extra help with deductions. Glad my first time using turbo tax is cpmpleted
