Really helpful way to do a tax return. The questions leading to itemization and the suggestions on which itemization produces a better refund is great. I very much appreciate the carryover of information from year to year and that it knows what you did the previous year that might affect the current years taxes. Also, thanks for making the energy credit form 5695 easy. When I look at the final .pdf file with lines and lines of information that would require entering by hand, I appreciate using TurboTax even more! Life is easy with TurboTax.

Online version of Turbo Tax is flawed and costly.

Difficult. I was accustomed to the desktop version, and hated not being able to view forms when needed. Also, I launched into the questionnaire not realizing that the program would list me first as taxpayer. After years of listing my husband as first, I knew that the IRS would have a problem with the return. How about asking a simple question: which of the joint should go first?
