They suck

They charged me over $150 when it said "free returns," and wouldn't let me move onto the next step without upgrading to premium. It quoted me 31 minutes and nearly took two hours. Go somewhere else.

Turbo Tax should appreciate past users!!

I think loyalty should count and loyal Turbo Tax customers should get a discount, even if it's one time for free. I didn't like that you gave a 100% discount to new users but not to past customers.

Last time using turbo tax!

Every year gets harder to use and login, this year has taken 3 full weekends of my time and I am still getting rejection notices after each attempt. Last time ever using after 14 years. Terrible
