TurboTax could improve the online help/answers

2024 filing was harder than any other year with TurboTax. TT imported my DIV and INT twice, which luckily I caught when I reviewed my forms before submitting. The correction significantly affected my federal refund and state pay-in. The help function (you know, type in key words or a question) was not as good as in 2023. AI is not particularly intelligent in many instances. It took me 3.5 hours start (login) to finish (hit submit), and I'm single with no dependents! Federal plus 1 state tax forms. Maybe 2025 will be easier.

Completing tax can be very daunting, turbo tax helps make the task a little easier. As an entrepreneur completing my taxes with turbo tax is easier than organizing my receipts.
