Good stuff

Although some things were a bit difficult, I think for the most part everything was pretty self-explanatory. I'm a tax novice so it was really nice to have such plain and simple instructions. The costs seemed a tad high for filing, but it was worth it to get it done!

When all is done final costs were 168.00. Wasn't this price that you stated it would be at the start. This is the last time I will be using Turbo Tax. It is not user friendly any longer and you are not up front with your fees at the start

Loyal to Turbo Tax

I love filing with Turbo Tax, it's so easy. My one complaint is the cost. Although it hasn't gone up, it bothers me that new filers can file for free, but someone like me who has used your service for over 20 years still has to pay. I file using the standard deduction, so it isn't that complicated. I will still use you, because I don't want to change after all these years - it just frustrates me that loyalty is not rewarded.
