I've used TurboTax for as long as I have been filing my taxes. The one time I didn't, was the only time I have ever had an issue. I'll keep using this service until they give me a reason not to.

I feel that I overpaid for turbo tax this year and it did not help me file to get more deductions like it said so I just paid more for no reason.
