Upselling Confusion

The more expensive products/filing options are bold, front and center, the more affordable options you have to hunt for. Throughout the process they throw-in more upselling options, then when you think you're done - more upselling to the point where I didn't know if I needed to sign the thing or not. Bad experience

Turdo Tax gets the job done

I do not like the continual press to upgrade. In the end, I had to upgrade to file my taxes, which I was not please about due to a technicality which represents about 1% or less of my total income.

I've used TurboTax for three or four years now, and while there are little things - tax law things - that aren't really clear and hard to find even via a Google search, it's super easy to just fill out the updated information and submit it.

Love Turbo Tax

Love Turbo Tax, very helpful with different incomes and deductions. Love the warnings and extras it offers on knowing where you're at with totals. Also like how they can import your W-2's as well.
