State tax return is wrong

Unable to correct state tax return after multiple attempts. As a military retiree in Ohio I do not pay state taxes, but I still have to file. Turbotax calculated that I was owed a $1600 refund and that cannot be. After an hour of trying to correct the return I gave up and deleted the state return from my order. I've never had a problem filing fed & state before with turbotax. What changed?

Easy, but pricy. It was helpful for me to complete my taxes and gave me a secure feeling that I was doing well. It did take longer than the expected time.

It went smoothly. It was nerve racking. 30 years ago I was an Income Tax Preparer using Turbo Tax. This was my first time using Turbo Tax for my own self filing. Shocked that Turbo Tax lied that it would be FREE and it was not FREE for me as a First Time User submitting my own income taxes!!

Returning Customer for Years

Have used TurboTax for years and always preferred this service. I may be unaware and call me old school, but I do wish there was a way to preview your tax forms while preparing your returns. Not a huge fan of the question answer format but I do understand why.
