Turbo Tax is a Stinker

The form in order to E File continued to ask for my Zip code and when I entered it, I was told that it was wrong.I darn well know what my zip code is and after changing browsers, I again encountered this issue. Only by deleting the 1099 INT document was I able to finish filling. Will look for a different company to use next year.

Less user friendly than past years

I have a simple standard deduction return. This version cost much more with Premium the lowest option and an additional $39 per state. There was a glitch with editing Retirement/Pension from 1099-R because only Financial Institutions were options and not State Retirement systems. I had to delete last year's option to add it back as a new account, losing last year's information? The information to load my W-2 did not work on my iPhone, so I had to enter information by hand. Finally, the number of pop-ups offering MAX addition was quite annoying! I have used TurboTax for over 10 years, but I may be looking for another option next year.

Soo easy! It goes through each step and check that I'm getting all the deductibles I should. I also like the little "red flags" for missing information

For me, Turbo Tax is one of the most user friendly and efficient tax preperation software options available right now. It provided me a step by step guided experience that makes filing taxes simple and fast.
The price is a little higher than some alternatives but hey you get what you pay for. If you want a stress free tax filing experience go with Turbo Tax.

Best tax option out there

Best perks: I can input all info before deciding to use the software. This lets me compare the cost to a traditional tax service. Fast, convenient, accurate. I love that the cost is proportionate to the complexity of the return. That makes the pricing very fair. I also love being able to get the state return done at the same time.
