Turbo tax is the Best

My experience with Turbo tax is great as always. I love the way the system keeps you on track, even if you stray off track a little during the process, the system would send you a reminder that you're almost done . and I like that because it gives you the motivation to finish and that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

there was an issue with submitting my state tax return. there was an error message but no indication where to find the problem. i called customer service and spoke to Kayla who, not initially finding the problem, called me back later and was able to resolve the issue. thank you Kayla
