Most of it was easy to understand. I like the ease of the product and how I everything was explained as I went through the process. The pop-up feature with additional explanations is a great addition. I felt confident preparing my own taxes.

Always easy and quick. Info from previous years can be imported. Quick e-filing. Easy. Can pay with refund. It's really silly to pay from an accountant - even if you're self-employed. Been doing my taxes this way for over a decade.
