I had a new circumstance in filing this year. TurboTax made the process of finding credits very easy and stress-free. I spoke with Byron on the phone to ask about automatically being switched to TurboTax Premium, but it was due to adding the feature to find credits for my home office. I am glad he was so patient and professional. Byron helped a lot.
