Not honest with total payment amount before paying

I would have given it a 5 star rating. I didn't because you showed a cost of $99 dollars, I entered my payment info, you accepted it and then told me there would be a $40 transaction fee. You should have told me that before I processed my payment. It seems unethical to me.
