Getting harder to trust

Liked last year's format, better. I also preferred BUYING the dvd, rather than have to trust the internet to find your website.

Not as Great for the 2024 Year

Not thrilled this year. Questions weren't very clear to understand what to input. Also quite disappointed to have to upgrade to Premium when I has a very simple 1099-B...nothing else applied to me, so that was not expected. :-(

Experience getting worse every year

This is probably the worst this experience has been. I really don't understand what's happened with this product. I've e-filed my state return every year for the last 10+ years but now I can't? The handling of our local city taxes is confusing and unclear. Just a real downgrade from where this software was 5 years ago.

It is ridiculous that you charge the 99 instead of the 49.00. The 25.00 fee for direct deposit is robbery.
