Awesome/very User-Friendly ! only one issue

Very user-friendly. I only had a bit of an issue when it came to fiinishing/filing. I was required to put in prior years AGI to verify identity, and your system said prior year filing was not done by you, which it was. I had to find my last years return manually, and find the AGI figure myself and enter it manually. Not a huge issue, but I was surprised it said you didnt have this info.

TURBO TAX is our FRIEND!

Very Userfriendly. We file with basic W2, Self Employment Income, 1099 & IRA contributions quite easily and efficiently with the guided help of TT online. Weve done this 2 years in a row with great success and at a fraction of the cost of an accountant that usually took months to file our taxes and get a refund return!
Pros: My employment status changed this year
