Charged despite selected deduct from Federal

I selected to have my refund deducted from my Federal Return but my card was immediately charged. I would have contacted support rather than leaving a negative review, but they don't give any easy options to contact support. The process was fine for the most part but when there's a bug in the payment step, that's a huge deal.

Too expensive

Way too expensive for the amount of work I have to do. I also do not like all the added on fees after processing. It's ridiculous. Why would you not automatically include at lease one state tax filing with federal. I can understand if someone lived or worked in multiple states but for a regular/common person that only files a typical federal and one state return, the cost should be bundled.
