Nice but could be more user friendly

Nice but still could be easier. I had to search diligently for the proper way to change user names when downloading income 1099s. The information was there but not easily spotted. My state return required uploading verification of prepaid tuition accounts. This required four separate account PDFs to be merged because only one submission was allowed. Too easy to end up with unwanted extras and too difficult to get rid of them. Had to start all over to get rid of live assistance which I never realized I requested.
