I have been using TurboTax for many years, and it gets easier every year. The ability to import documents or link external accounts has been a game changer, not only for time savings but confidence as well.

No matter how many times you asked if i wanted to upgrade , I turned them down until toward the end and your system would not go g=forward with out accepting your upgrade and I want my money back and may never use your service again.
