Weird form of payment

Makes it easy to complete, walks you through all the steps.
Would not let me pay with my intuit credit card. Apparently, they don't recognize their own company as a form of legal payment

hidden fees are staggering

The ease of filing is nice BUT the constant hidden fees, such as paying with returns they charge more money for ease of paying which is a bit ridiculous. I might take my business elsewhere.

Me gusta mucho la manera que Turbo Tax tiene para ayudarte en hacer tus impuestos tu solo, estoy segura que la ayuda extra con especialistas a de ser de gran ayuda!!! Pero no me cabe duda alguna que con las buenas herramientas que tinene en la pagina uno mismo puede hacerlo facil ,rapido y seguro.

Turbo Tax getting a little sneeky with add-ons

Would like a few extra options for explaining items so it doesn't keep returning and repeating like some info is missing. Did NOT want the MAX benefit but another thing it's impossible to delete without jumping through many, many hoops and then just giving up and taking it. Poor customer service! I will probably take a look around next year before filing with Turbo Tax, for my simple return, the cost is a bit high when I gather my own info. Plus, the nickname is Me! why do I need to get a new one?
