I was pleased with the online filing experience. I have used professional tax preparation software before and was tempted to to use the download version to have more control, but this was not necessary. The program anticipated questions well, was reassuring about the process, and never left me feeling I could not go back and revise. I plan on using it again.

Price seemed a little high for the service received. Shouldn't be charged for service available for asking questions if never had to utilize
