Generally, it's easy but I like having how much tax I owe at every step, a feature that was taken off. Three times in filing taxes, I got into a weird loop, where the system returned me to my initial place.

It was a good experience until I got to the end, where I have to pay. I checked the box to have the fee deducted from my tax return and I was asked for my credit card instead.
