TurboTax is untrustworthy

So misleading and unhelpful in so many areas. Don't expect it to guide you to the right place or rely on it to tell you the right information. It was very very frustrating and aggravating. Every year there seems to be a glitch that will lead you to the wrong place or skip something important. Don't trust this software.

TurboTax is a mess

A lot of things are too hard to change or fix. Especially when you need to adjust your income between different states. Another issue appeared when I scanned one of my 1099-INT. TurboTax put something weird as recipient and zip code. And that was impossible to fix. So at the end, when I done everything, I had to delete that 1099-INT and manually add it back. All state adjustments became broken again.
