1099-NEC software issue prevented me from e-filing

Had great experiences in the past, but this year it would not recognize the state ID from 1099-NEC form. the ID was 9 numerical digits, but turbo tax would not let me file unless I made it 11 digits. This is a software issue.

Your live expert was most helpful. Especially in assisting the location of forms not readily available. The turbo tax system is not that accurate when one encounters unnormal forms.
