TurboTax: Easy-Peasy

We enjoy using TurboTax every year because it lets us have a say in our taxes and feel apart of the process. It's easy and gives helpful tips when it gets a little confusing.

Great but add "Import from ItsDeductible" button

Another great year, predictable behavior, wonderful outcome.
1 Missing Simplification: Please update to add a "Import Donations from ItsDeductible" button. It is REALLY hard to figure out how to do this, much more complicated that the rest of your coding.

It is very easy to use. It took me through all of the steps. I completed the federal return portion in under an hour and a half.

TurboTax is more focused on upselling

I share my daughter with my ex and your process DOES NOT support adding and taking my daughter on/off my return and changing from single to head of household. Also, YOU continue not to pull forward my 1099-R from previous year and I have to manual enter as it is my first 1099-R. Very basic and routine aspects, and you fail to make it smooth. Also stop asking every multiple pages if I want to accept an up-sale services. Don't minimize this and fix a smooth swap of depentant looking for other assistance
