Easy and faster than any other tax filing service we have ever used. Also explains everything in detail and makes sure we get the max refund owed.

Don't like it anymore. It is vague about things and seems to be trying to get me to buy the premium package by not telling me things like "why" it won't give the education credit for example. It must know why- but Just says won't actually tell me- just says "may" be a, b or c, etc
