Still a fan.

Prior two years with Turbotax have been great. A couple of hiccups this year: One, at first, even with multiple tries, it was calculating a Massachusetts tax penalty even though none was merited. In the end, though, it came through with no penalty, probaby by finally propagating through the Fed 2210. Two, it seems to think I have a foreign asset even though I said I did not multiple times. Was unable to fix that, but it does not impact the return so I went ahead.

I have found turbo tax easy to use for many years. I appreciate the explanations given in the side bar when requested. In fact it seems to get easier and more thorough every year. Its a stress reliever to know I am being guided properly and thoroughly.

WHen I finally got a customer service person on the line, she was fabulous. But otherwise, the whole experience kinds of stinks
