Constantly trying to make you spend more for unnecessary services. Intentionally difficult to file for the least amount of money. Constant pop-ups asking to share your data with other corporations. Borderline evil in their deception

I feel like I'm being charged extra for a service I did not need. I didn't have unique forms so why didn't I have access to free version?
