Once again very user friendly with plenty of support and great options. I have been using them for over 20 years now and I recommend this to anyone especially those who are just starting out in the workforce and has never filed before. That is how I got started.

TurboTax is a scam; fund the IRS

I find your constant upselling to be atrocious - just let people buy the service they need without trying to trick them into sharing their data with your partners or selling them a more expensive product. You customers are already locked into your Kafka-esque nightmare of a system by which they are forced to pay you for the privilege of paying their taxes to the government -- by filling out reams of paperwork that the government already has access to -- because Intuit and other tax preparers lobby to keep the IRS neutered. You operate a truly despicable business model and I feel dirty using your product every year.
