Turbotax SUCKS for real!!!

The fact that you all advertise your products as free and then proceed to find ANY POSSIBLE WAY to charge nearly $200 is absolutely ridiculous! Not sure how the $69.99 service that I agreed to made it all the way to $198. I will be finding a different platform to file my taxes with, from now on. You all have lost your minds.

I have used TurboTax for multiple decades because I like the setup and the ability/need to use previous documents for filling out current year information.
While this on-line worked out fine, I still prefer the DVD version that I have used every year until now. I really hope that I can get a DVD version moving forward.
