sneaky practice - sticking a refund processing fee

To charge me for the product and then stick with a refund processing fee, without giving me the option to print the return myself and mail it seems not in the consumer's interest but lining your own pockets. But otherwise the product is fair for figuring out what you owe, I could figure this out myself if I did the ole fashioned way. When it is not complicated, you should give the customer a break.
Each year, the program seems to look a bit different, which is expected/understandable, however, the more I get into using it, the more it is pretty much the same. i appreciate the (mostly) simplicity of Turbo Tax's Tax program.
