TurboTax is an expensive embellishment on Taxes.

Extremely high price for the essentially useless graphics, and quality of service. Had to search for Investments on income, hard to navigate through add-ons for TurboTax packages.

How do you charge $89 to use your application and then a $40 fee for processing the refund. The two amounts added together is equivalent to the $129 one would have paid. Y’all think people are slow? This is the only option for some people and you all are overcharging!
