Turbo Tax needs to step it up a bit more.

I give you a 4 only because I can't give a 3.5. This is do to the added fews that are not disclosed till the end ($40) processed fees and not giving the exact amount to use Turbotax $0-89. Just be up-front about the cost.
Just a bit too expensive. Maybe add a discount for using Turbotax for x amount of years gets you an x amount of % off.

Easy to use and simple software.

It was a straight forward process. I appreciated the importing feature for W-2s and investment accounts. The $40.00 processing fee should be clearly mentioned up front, especially for new users. Cheers to a new tax season.

Getting Worse, too many upsales and "after" steps

Turbo tax is getting more and more expensive and asking for more and more information. I don't like that they offer a nother "free" option which means I have to use Credit Karma Money something, which sounds super shady and they don't even show the option of just straight deposit until you say "No Thanks" also, I paid for it and they didn't let me file the same day I paid which is super strange and makes no sense, I received an email 2 days later saying, "you haven't filed" well, it's because you didn't let me! Stop trying to take the little money we get back by adding additional sales and markups.

Problems with site took forever, couldn’t change direct deposit info website kept coming with errors, had to use paper check route to submit

The Other Tax Situations can be very difficult to use. Otherwise turbo tax is easy to use.
