Turbo Tax is the best!

I have been using Turbo Tax for 7 years now. Love how easy it is and very informative. This was the first year I had additional income through my ESPP. TurboTax made it super easy for me to file.

Stuck using turbotax

Didn't say in an obvious place that premium was required if you have any sort of stocks like most people do. Also did not obviously show the extra charge for having the payment pulled from refund, luckily caught it at the end and went back and changed it to credit card. It didn't say there that there would be sales tax applied which isn't surprising to have it applied but unsure why it wasn't mentioned

Why the discount then?

I have a question. Why do you offer a discounted price of $89 from $129 to file for the tax return, then at the very end of the document you add on a little note for a filing fee of $40 and the price to pay for filing is $129 again? This to me looks like trickery. Why not keep the original price? You are very deceptive.

Easy to use and love the step by step. I do wish they would offer the 5 days early for $25. I didn't see no reason why we were ineligible. Kind of a downer to offer it by not paying our Turbo Tax total with our federal return, just to tell us "no you're not eligible" after paying with credit card. Either way there's no other way I'd prefer to do my taxes. Definitely refer a lot of people to Turbo Tax!

I called the 800 number and was totally shocked when i was able to talk to a live agent. Sharon was so friendly and walked me right through what i was having trouble with. A bonus that she is Christian and wished me many blessing.
