Navigation is terrible. Going forward and especially backwards to pages doesn't work. Instructions from the company to ammend a return say to go to pages that don't exist on the site. And there are different sites for Intuit and TurboTax. Confusing and not very easy to use.

Very fast and easy to use. I’ve had the App for about five years and I love that it’s in the comfort of my own home and very self-explanatory. I can pause it at any time and save the information and come back to it when I’m ready.
