first time doing taxes- I had a lot of paperwork but turbo tax made it easy to cross each thing off one by one. Ill be using them next year!

Loyal to Turbo Tax

Now a loyal turbo tax user. Turbo tax was all I ever knew from 16 until I was 29, I decided to try Hr Block. For 2025, I switched to turbotax after struggling with hr blocks websites for a week and the customer service was confusing and either ai or unskilled response style.. I canceled my return and went to Turbo Tax and I filed my return in 36 minutes.. Gonna stick with them from now on.
