Hard to use

I use the TurboTax CDs in prior years and I found this online version to be very confusing. When using the help for certain things, the descriptions weren’t the same as what is on the form. For example, I was looking for something, and it said to go to the tools, but there is no tools. I didn’t like the fact that you could not see the actual return and review it Before all the information is entered

Spent an extra $44 just to be done

Some of the steps were confusing. Then the review popped up an error and it took me quite a while to determine how to fix the identified error on my state return. Finally, I was charged for a "Premium Services Benefit" but could not figure out how to drop that charge. I was so frustrated with it that I just gave up trying to get the charge off and just paid it.

Overall great, but confusing for military

I'm overall happy with TurboTax, but every year, they say that military will get a discount on their tax return, but when it comes to pay - there's no discount available. And then it says "congratulations! You're eligible to have a discount" and then no discount is applied. Other than that, turbo tax makes the experience easy and painless! I've been using them for over 12 years.
