First time ever

This was my first time using turbotax and it was not a bad experience, it's still an overwhelming feeling at first but you can get it done with a little prep. Clicking to use the app mid process dose not save any data if you started on a web browsers so be ready to start over or use the app from the beginning. Overall experience is fair as you still have to know what your doing to a certain degree. It also helps if you have all your documents ready in pdf format. In Conclusion I would use again just didn't like the constant up sales in the middle of my first time using with it already feeling intimidating, do research and read what the benefits are to see if you really need them. For first timers go slow as you can click on an upgrade you might not need.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

TURBOTAX ISNT PAINFUL PAYING FEDERAL IS

I HATE PAYING IN FEDERAL BUT ITS NOT AS PAINFUL WITH TURBOTAX. THEY HELPED ME AS MUCH AS THEY COULD. HOPEFULLY NEXT YEAR I WONT HAVE TO PAY IN AND GET SOMETHING BACK.

I was skeptical because I usually buy the TurboTax CD and this year it was just via online. But, it all worked out great and was very easy to complete.
