Overall functionally accurate and efficient with ease of finding answers/explained portions of return. Unimpressed with animations and requests for ratings during attempt to complete a task, not unlike work.

I've had to refile three or four times this year using TurboTax I feel like the people that are helping me aren't very experienced and they aren't helping me with all my taxes just the one thing that goes wrong

We have the complication of receiving payroll from two different states. TurboTax made this very easy.
