Turbo Tax saved me $600

Tired of turbo tax

So sneaky and scammy the way they try to make you pay more and add in fees. Ohh pay another 25 dollars to get your return 5 days earlier. 40 dollar processing fee etc. Also sending me emails saying "Your LAST chance to claim deductions" No it was not my last chance until the filing deadline, you are just trying to make me log back on and pay more money because you know their are free alternatives.

Some concerns!

An on-line chat while working on the return would have been a sound business practice. When going to check-out area, there was NO option if one only wanted to use your service for federal return only. The amount due could not be edited if opting for federal only, making it confusing. When I realized I made a mistake on an earlier entry, since it is common to use the "back" arrow, it took be back to the beginning. You should details this. Apparently your system might actually have a human review the return before making it available for review, which is a good idea; however, was not explained why I could not review the return. Everything must be very user friendly, since most are only using this service annually!

TurboTax sucks

Not a fan, very troublesome. Some areas had too many steps for the simple stuff other areas didn't have an explanation but left me stuck. So many issues with the software.
