Turbo Tax is Exceptional

My experience has been wonderful for the last seven to eight years filing with turbo tax. The app and website is very user friendly and easy to understand interface with easy navigation.

Hidden costs

All I needed was was a basic senior tax return, but TT upgraded it, What I thought I was getting was 39 to 49 dollars, not 129 dollars. Will be looking for new way to file next year.

NEED MORE INSTRUTION OR LANGUAGE CLARIFICATION. I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR 20 YEARS AND NEVER HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE AS I DID THIS TIME. AND IF I HAVE TO CONTINUE TO PAY $100 JUST TO ADD ONE FORM SCHEDULE E, THEN I MAY AS WELL GO TO A PROFESSIONAL. NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION TO DO IT MYSELF.

Turbotax Works

Turbotax works well for us. This year, there was confusion caused by the fact that we had 2 1009-R forms from the same payer (two separate accounts). They didn't combine, and the review indicated we had a potential duplicate. There was no way for me to confirm it as correct and eliminate the "REVIEW" notification for that portion of the return.

Very Easy to Use

I've been using TurboTax for years now - I have multiple tax forms that I have to file and its very simple and easy to use. They even let you upload your tax forms so you don't have to worry about mistyping information. I'd definitely recommend TurboTax to anyone
