TuboTax Sucks

While having a sync with your financial providers feature, it consistently gets things wrong. Why even have the feature when I have to go back in and manually enter everything myself anyway? Turbo tax does not seem to understand how to parse ESP correctly. Everything was screwed up when I tried to do it the automated way forcing me to call support, delete EVERYTHING and then just manually put in all the information.
At this point, the only added benefit TurboTax provides is for me not to have to print out and mail the forms myself.

Not as good as previous years...

Overall good. I have used and recommended for years. This year I had several glitches - it didn't pull all info in from previous years, it didn't put all info onto the forms and asked me to figure it out on the actual Schedule E, and some links just kicked me out so I had to delete and manually enter info. Disappointing.
