Best available, but costly enough to deter. Promotions offered made free filing option for new users, but don't offer discounts to loyal/repeat customers.

Turbo Tax engineers are subpar

This product is not good enough to cost $179. The integrations with Fidelity do not work. It still takes me an hour to complete my taxes. A lot of similar tax softwares are a lot cheaper.
