Easy to follow instructions, even the basic feature provides a lot of helpful information to help you complete your taxes. Add additional features like assistance and that is an added value.

I will always use TurboTax to file my tax returns, I also trust TurboTax to help me file and give me help if I need it.

you had made a mistake when finalizing my returns, prior to filing my 2025's. I filed 2024's by your Turbo tax. You told me I did not.

Like the fact that it's easier than filing through the MD state comptroller this year. They're new 2024 efile system is not as easy to use. When it does not instruct you on what info is needed, from what file.
Had no choice but to come back and have Turbo Tax do it so I know it was done.
