Turbo Tax Experience

Fairly easy to use. I answered one question incorrectly and it made it a little more challenging to get it corrected. I also encountered a problem when I made the payment but did not finish and file. Received an email alerting me to that fact but when I returned to "finish and file" the process was not straight forward and I had to call customer support. This was the most frustrating part of the whole process.

Using TurboTax helps me learn about my taxes and do better planning for next year. It's easy to use, provides helpful tips, and educates along the journey. I will continue to use TurboTax for all my tax needs moving forward!

Turbo Tax sucks slightly less than the competition

Too many sales offers and other skeevy up-selling.
TurboTax also lobbies politicians to make taxes more complicated so that people need their services.
